DRILL PIPE WIPERS
The drill pipe wiper design is based on different elastomeric compounds. The part body consists of two different areas: The external area (designed to provide support and stability to the piece) and the central or internal area (especially engineered to respond with high resistance to bending and wear due to friction).
PISTON CUPS
They are manufactured with compounds formulated for high tensile and abrasion resistance. They have excellent chemical resistance to hydrocarbons. To order them, please specify the following: type, pressure, dimensions and conditions of use.
Indicate pump model and liner diameter (wear tolerances must be taken into account according to operating pressure), and pistons.
ELASTOMERIC PARTS FOR PULSATION DAMPENERS
They are designed to balance pressures, in order to obtain uniformity in the discharge pressure of mud injection pumps.
They are manufactured from acrylonitrile rubber for use in oil, propane, saline solutions and water at temperatures ranging from -20 ˚ C to 100 ˚ C (-4 ºF to 212 ºF).
CEMENTING PLUGS
They are manufactured in various sizes, both for upper and lower mounting. They have aluminum or thermostable phenolic resin cores, according to the Client’s requirements. The elastomeric compound used to make the plugs is the same for all the abovementioned options.
SPARE PARTS AND SUPPLIES FOR B.O.P.
A blowout preventer (B.O.P.) is used to seal, control and monitor oil and gas wells to prevent blowouts, the uncontrolled release of crude oil or natural gas from a well.
We have a wide range of types and sizes, being the Shaffer, Townsend, Torus type packings and their variety of models, our feature products, as well as other models made in China. We offer packings with both partial and total closures. The pieces are made with highly resistant metal inserts and a specially formulated elastomeric material based on acrylonitrile. Thus, we guarantee a product of the highest quality for optimal operation with hydrocarbons at high pressures and temperatures.
M-250 CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
Main advantages of the M-250 centrifugal pump over conventional centrifugal pumps:
- Greater resistance to abrasion, especially models whose working parts are coated in polyurethane (casing, impeller and wear plate)
- Less maintenance due to design and quality of materials
- Lubrication of the bearings in an oil bath. Oversized bearings

INSERTS FOR VALVES
They are made of different types of synthetic rubber, resistant to hydrocarbons. They are also made of polyurethane for better abrasion resistance. Compound characteristics are modified depending on the working conditions to which they will be subjected, varying the formulation according to the requests for higher temperatures or variant of mud or drilling chemicals. Suitable for high and low pressure.

VICTAULIC TYPE JOINTS
Our Victaulic type quick joints are made of cast iron and the packings have a rubber compound with a Shore A hardness of 60 ± 5. They are designed for a quick disconnect and the mating segments are hinged, including a locking lever. We also provide bolt joints, which have excellent performance.
Model 75, bolt closure for 450 to 500 lb.
Model 78, lever closure for 300 lb.
OIL SAVERS
The formulations of these parts have proven reliability and performance, as well as perfect cable slurring. They are made of anti-tearing components. Available for 9/16” and 5/8” cables. Working pressure of 1500 psi. There are two models, one standard and another with special reinforcement for higher performance in special conditions of worn cables, first use, excess pressure applied and also fluids with very little lubrication, such as salt water.
PISTONING CUPS
UF-W CUPS: They have a treated steel wire structure, anchored with a metal base. The wire and elastomeric compound allow the cups to achieve the necessary flexibility for a perfect seal. They are completely covered with a high resistance and performance elastomer.
HPR Cups: The three-lip Guiberson type piston cups have been designed and made according to the demands of the piston process. They combine a high quality compound attached to a metal support, thus giving it greater resistance.
V Cups: These are wire-free cups with an aluminum support just like the HPR model. Their upper lips allow to automatically control the amount of load lifted. They are especially effective in wells with a high concentration of suspended sand.

RATIGAN, DANCO AND ADITA PACKINGS
They are intended for production BOP, to prevent leaks, to close wells in the event of flowing, etc. They are closed to allow the replacement of packings. They are manufactured in two sizes (1.1/4″ and 1.1/2″), and have a metal support with an elastomeric seal.

ROD WIPERS
These pieces are made of high resistance rubber. They are essential for the disassembly of the drilling equipment. Rods come out drained and thus, environmental damage is avoided.
PACKINGS FOR HERCULES TYPE T-PRESS
Our tapered packings offer long life, high performance and a perfect seal in the adjustable T-press. We offer models for wells with normal pumping, wells with high water cut and wells with absence of fluids. It is commercialized in units or in sets of 4 to 7 units. Available for 1.1/2″ and 1.1/4″ stems.
PACKINGS FOR T-PRESS TULSA TYPE
Our Tulsa packings create an excellent non-stick seal, provide and maintain rod lubrication, and prevent slippage. They offer the properties and characteristics of our NT-PLUS compound. They are commercialized individually or in sets of 6 to 7 units for 1 ½” stems.
